Terms of Service

Last updated June 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the nexinfer platform, websites, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by nexinfer (“nexinfer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

nexinfer is a unified AI inference gateway that provides developers with programmatic access to a range of third-party large language models through a single, OpenAI-compatible API. We provide infrastructure — routing, usage accounting, key management, and a developer dashboard — that lets you integrate AI inference into your own applications and tools.

The Service depends on upstream model providers. Model availability, capabilities, and pricing may change, and we may add, remove, or substitute available models at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits, billing, and payment

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits in advance; usage is metered and deducted from your balance based on the models and token volumes you consume. Prices and metering are shown in your dashboard. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment instrument details. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refunds of unused prepaid credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive (“Content”), subject to the rights of upstream providers and applicable law. You are responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any output before relying on it.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for failures, latency, content, or policy decisions of upstream model providers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Trademarks and independence

nexinfer is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, or any other model provider. Third-party names, model names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and interoperability purposes only (nominative use). References to third-party models describe compatibility and routing; they do not imply any partnership or official relationship.
