Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the nexinfer website, dashboard and API gateway (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Commercial launch gate: nexinfer has not yet published a verified public price or active payment method. The legal operator and final commercial terms must be identified before paid checkout is enabled.

1. Service

nexinfer provides a developer dashboard, API key management, usage metering and compatible API endpoints. The Service depends on third-party model providers. Model availability, capabilities and provider policies can change without notice.

2. Accounts and keys

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and take responsibility for activity under your account and API keys. Do not publish or share a key outside your authorized team.

3. Usage and billing status

Usage metadata such as model, token counts, request status and timing may be recorded for operations and metering. The marketing site does not currently publish a price, free credit, refund window or payment-method promise.

If paid checkout is enabled later, the applicable price, payment method, tax treatment and refund terms must be shown before a transaction is completed.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, the Acceptable Use Policy and the policies of any model provider used to fulfil a request. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the Service, users or providers.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Rights in inputs and outputs remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant model provider.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. No uptime, latency, rate-limit or uninterrupted-service guarantee is currently published.

7. Changes

These Terms may change as the Service, operating entity and commercial terms are finalized. The date above identifies the current published version.

8. Independence

nexinfer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other model providers. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.
