Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated June 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when using nexinfer. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because we route requests to third-party model providers, you must also comply with their usage policies. We may update this AUP as those policies and applicable laws evolve.
1. Comply with the law and upstream policies
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with the published usage and content policies of the underlying model providers your requests reach.
2. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate:
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or other illegal content.
- Targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, or incitement to violence.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or other malicious or deceptive activity.
- Unauthorized collection of personal data, or violation of others’ privacy or IP rights.
- Generation of content intended to deceive about its AI origin where prohibited (e.g., impersonation, certain political or medical disinformation).
3. Platform integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits, quotas, or billing.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or API keys in violation of your agreement with us.
- Use the Service in a way that risks the suspension of our upstream provider relationships.
4. Fair use and automated abuse
Excessive automated traffic that degrades the Service for others, or attempts to extract bulk data in violation of provider terms, is prohibited. We may apply rate limits and anti-abuse controls.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content where we have the ability to do so, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.
6. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected].
