This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. You must also comply with applicable law and the policies of any model provider used to fulfil a request.

Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute or facilitate:

• Sexual exploitation of minors or other illegal content.
• Targeted harassment, threats, doxxing or incitement to violence.
• Malware, phishing, fraud or deceptive activity.
• Unauthorized collection of personal data or violations of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Attempts to evade legal or provider restrictions.

Platform integrity

You may not:

• Disrupt, overload or circumvent security, rate limits, quotas or metering.
• Probe or test the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Share, resell or sublicense accounts or API keys in violation of your agreement.
• Use the Service in a way that creates material risk for other users or model providers.

Enforcement

nexinfer may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or providers, or to comply with law. Report suspected abuse, illegal content or policy violations to abuse@nexinfer.com.
