This page summarizes the data currently used to operate and secure nexinfer.

1. Account data

Registration uses an email address and credentials. The dashboard also stores account settings and API key records needed to provide access.

2. Usage metadata

The production usage table records operational and metering data such as timestamps, model IDs, token counts, request status, duration, account/group references and network metadata. These records are used to operate, secure and meter the Service.

3. Request processing

To provide model services, nexinfer and the relevant model providers transiently process request and response content as necessary. nexinfer does not persist model inputs or outputs and does not use this content to train models; only operational metadata required for security, reliability and billing is recorded. Model-provider data-use and retention policies still apply.

4. Operational logs

Application runtime logs are currently configured with a 30-day retention setting. Infrastructure and security providers may also create technical logs needed to deliver and protect the Service.

5. Marketing site

Hosting and CDN infrastructure may process IP address, user agent and request information as part of normal delivery and abuse prevention.

Google Analytics is enabled by default on the marketing site. It may process page URLs, referrers, campaign parameters, browser/device information and approximate location to measure which pages and campaigns are useful. Advertising personalization, advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled. Visitors can turn analytics off or enable it again using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

6. Sharing

Data may be sent to model providers and infrastructure services only as needed to deliver requests, operate the platform, prevent abuse or comply with law. nexinfer does not claim that model providers use the same retention settings as NexInfer.

7. Security and changes

Access controls and encryption in transit are used where applicable, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Privacy and account-data questions can be sent to support@nexinfer.com. This summary will be updated when retention and legal-entity details are finalized.
