Privacy Policy

Last updated June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how nexinfer (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and Service. We aim to collect as little as necessary to run a reliable developer platform.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: the email address and credentials you use to register, and basic profile/preferences.
  • Billing data: records of credit purchases and consumption. Card and payment-instrument details are handled by our third-party payment processors — we do not store full payment numbers.
  • Usage metadata: for each request we record metadata needed to operate and bill the Service — timestamps, the model used, token counts, status, and similar diagnostics.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and security/anti-abuse signals.

2. Prompt and output content

We do not retain the content of your API requests or model outputs beyond the transient processing required to deliver a response and route it to the appropriate model. We do not use your request or output content to train models. Transient operational logs, where they exist for reliability and abuse prevention, exclude prompt and completion bodies and are short-lived.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to meter usage and process payments; to prevent fraud and abuse; to communicate service and account notices; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) upstream model providers, to the extent necessary to fulfil your requests; (b) service providers (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses privacy-respecting analytics that do not require advertising cookies. The dashboard uses only the cookies/local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the application.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Usage metadata is retained only as long as needed for operations, billing, and security.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, restricted access, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. International transfers

The Service is operated from infrastructure located primarily in the United States. By using the Service you understand your data may be processed there and in other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date and provide notice for material changes.
