Refund Policy

We want you to try the Service with confidence. This policy explains how refunds of prepaid credits work.

1. Prepaid credits

The Service uses a prepaid balance. When you top up, credits are added to your account and consumed as you use the Service.

2. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund of your unused prepaid balance within seven (7) days of the corresponding top-up. Credits already consumed (i.e., used to make API requests) are non-refundable, because the corresponding upstream inference has already been delivered and paid for.

3. What is not refundable

  • Credits that have already been consumed.
  • Promotional, bonus, or free credits (e.g., sign-up credits), which carry no cash value.
  • Amounts where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your account identifier and the top-up you want refunded. We may ask for verification to protect your account.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and network. Cryptocurrency top-ups are refunded in the same asset where feasible; network fees and exchange-rate movement are not reimbursed.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. The policy in effect at the time of your top-up applies to that top-up.
